FILCAGES

FILCAGES is the Filsystem brand that identifies the study, design and production of bag cages for industrial filtration.

The bag cages produced by Filsystem are used for the production of bag filters with the aim of offering a fundamental contribution to dedusting the air inside industrial environments and reducing emissions to the outside.
The bag cages are made on specific request of our customers.
We are able to produce bag cages with different sections:

• Elliptical bag cages
• Square bag cages
• Rectangular bag cages
• Rhomboid bag cages
• Star bag cages

The diameters can vary from 50 to 300 mm, with lengths of up to 10 meters in a single piece or in multiple parts.
Filsystem produces cages for sleeves in raw material, galvanized, painted, stainless steel or Corten-A, this to always guarantee the most suitable finish for the final use, thus improving the efficiency and purification force, extending the life of the filter media in the system.
The FILCAGES cages for sleeves can be supplied complete with base, collar and Venturi, made and assembled according to specific needs.
All the materials used are of high quality, designed to guarantee a final product that can satisfy the needs of reliability and precision required even by the most modern air filtration and purification systems.

The FILCAGES cages for sleeves in their standard version have a round section. The round section cages for sleeves produced by Filsystem can be made with a different number of longitudinal wires 6-8- 10-12-16-20-24 depending on the specific needs of the customer.

The cage for sleeves is supplied complete with collar, base and Venturi, depending on the customer’s request.
