SAFE IN. Safety protections.
SAFE IN is a brand created by Filsystem, it identifies the production of modular perimeter metal systems, conceived, studied, designed and manufactured to meet the new needs of internal company safety and machine safety, according to the new Community directives (EN).
SAFE IN products are aimed at all customers who make “Prevention” a fundamental principle of their company with the aim of safeguarding an essential value: the safety of personnel/workers and machinery.
SMART Model
SMART is the first model of the Safe In line conceived, designed and created with the aim of being highly functional in the field of corporate safety.
Resistance, flexibility and customization are the characteristics that distinguish the modular protection system, designed to protect production areas, in compliance with the Community directives on safety in the workplace.
Despite its robustness and consistency, the SMART system proves practical in assembly, cleaning and maintenance.
SMART Frames
SMART modular frames are made of 1.5 mm thick steel profiles.
The use of this particular profile allows the infill not to create protrusions towards the outside because it is masked by the shape of the profile itself, making the system completely smooth to the touch and therefore much safer in its movement.
All our frames are designed with an unmissable SMART system, patented for fixing to the uprights.
Frames can be made on specific customer request.
SMART Floor lamps
Each SMART floor lamps consists of a pole and an anchoring base.
The floor lamps are made of 50x50x2 mm tubular poles, adjustable in height thanks to the use of the sliding internal anchoring base.
The anchoring base is made of a 45x45x3 H 200 mm tubular welded to a 120x120x5 mm plate with 4 symmetrical fixing holes.
The SMART system allows the installation of the frames at a height between 150 mm and 180 mm with an adjustment of 30 mm thanks to the anchoring bases to be able to adapt to irregular floors.
One Model
FRAMELESS model of the SAFE IN line, created to meet the needs of customers who need to be able to change the size of the barrier with extreme ease and at any time; designed and manufactured by Filsystem with the aim of providing the maximum in terms of requirements in the field of machine safety.
In compliance with the community directives on safety in the workplace, it is made up of electro-welded mesh panels with horizontal reinforcement folds and poles combined with the relative fixing kits.
Panels One
The panels are produced by us with a 30×69 mesh, 4 mm diameter wire.
These characteristics guarantee us the maximum robustness of the panel adapting to any type of need and application; furthermore the panel is characterized by the presence of 4 horizontal reinforcement folds, created with the aim of making the system rigid and effective, making up for the lack of the frame that characterizes the SMART panels.
ONE Floor lamps
The ONE floor lamps are made of 50x50x2 mm square tubular, they can be supplied:
- with a slotted anchoring base, made of 45x45x3 mm tubular H 200 mm welded to a 120x120x5 mm square plate with 4 symmetrical fixing holes. This allows height adjustment with a range of 30 mm to adapt to irregular flooring.
- with a pole directly welded to a 120x120x5 mm square plate with 4 symmetrical fixing holes. This does not allow any type of adjustment with respect to the flooring.
SAFE IN Doors
The following doors are available:
- single leaf
- double leaf
- double leaf with upper crosspiece
- sliding
- folding
- sliding with alternating leaves
- sliding with opposite leaves
- tilting
- vertical
All doors are equipped with locks according to the specific needs of the customer.
All products in the Safe In line are painted with thermosetting powder.
